Walking distance to dog friendly beach, shops, restaurants and pub. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Positive: Location was excellent, it was dog friendly so our Jack Russell loved how close it was to the dog friendly beach. It was lovely and quiet.

Positive: Comfiest Bed ever!!! So good. All the cooking things you could need. So close to the beach and shops, it was almost perfect!! Negative: No bathmat, only hand towels! Some shelter for the outdoor area as it's always raining on Sunny coast!! Maybe some grassed area for dog wees!?

Enjoyable stay Positive: Facilities, spaciousness, outdoor space and location. Well stocked kitchen, lovely touch leaving us a bottle of wine. Home from home and would book again due to location. Negative: Toilet was through kitchen rather than in the bathroom- this is a minor detail and didn’t detract from our stay. Kitchen cupboards and equipment could have been cleaner.
