Unbeatable Location: Ideal for groups & families.

Fantastic house and location. Great communication from the hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Positive: The location was fantastic. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The hosts were friendly and communication before and during our stay was great. Negative: The 3rd floor shower needs to be fixed. The door will not close properly so the water floods the floor every time you shower. It's handle is also very broken. There was also only 1 tea towel provided which was inadequate for our week long stay with 8 people in the house.

Positive: Lots of kitchen facilities and comfortable space. The view from the top floor was absolutely amazing looking over the balloons rising over the city in the mornings was well worth getting up. Negative: We had a big car so getting in the back garage was impossible but this is a city space.

Great stay for couokes or large groups. Safe accommodation with ample parking and access to public transport. Positive: Great location for the event we attended. Ease of catching transport to city . Comfortable accommodation. Negative: Nothing

We had a great stay here - our two family groups, including primary school aged kids, had plenty of space. It is a well appointed house that is comfortable and clean. The house is also in a fantastic location for Brunswick - easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Would stay again.
