Absolutely worth the money spent and the location was awesome Positive: All the rooms together and the facilities, great big kitchen and great for big families Negative: The dryer was abit noisey & maybe another toilet downstairs would be good

Excellent Negative: I thought the hot water system could be improved

Positive: Property was generally clean but required a deep clean. If you want us to send you photos we can. Lots of dust, under furniture and sideboards, skirten boards and corners. Kitchen: Mouldy kitchen gloves found in drawer. Dishwasher perhaps needs changing as didn’t wash property even though we rinse well. Everything in the cupboards required cleaning before using. Most pans and utensils were dirty. I think this perhaps isn’t being checked when guests leave. Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious. Lots of facilities at the property. The urgent need is the pink mould in the main shower. Please be aware of the pink mould health concerns and how serious this is. A few things require small improvement for A Lovely property. Just clealiness generally.

overall great stay, would recommend Positive: Had an amazing stay, loads of board games, a pool and pool table, arcade games. Always something to do at the house. Negative: Kitchen is top level of house so when unpacking groceries for stay you need to go up 3 flights of stairs.
