If you can put aside the dark decor, which may be to your taste, the apartment is very good. Positive: Location was excellent for walking to the Southbank and the city. It has a nice communal courtyard and a small private seating area. Considering its location it is a very quiet area (apart from the entry gate banging as people go in and out). Negative: Key collection was a bit convoluted. Instructions were poor because you pick up keys from a key safe inside a mailbox. It was impossible to see the key safe numbers without a torch when we arrived in the evening. The key ring had two keys and a fob for opening entrance gate. After trying to use the keys to enter we gave up and entered through the garage which was difficult to find because of lack of clear instructions. In daylight it was easier. The car park space is not meant for a larger car as the rear of the space has a large storage cupboard. The apartment although comfortable and quite plush was very dark due to it's decoration style and very poor lighting. It also needs more crockery as it has the bare minimum.
