Large Pet friendly home,100m to Beach&Cafe

Love the area, but the house, needs work. Had our elderly in-laws with us. A lot of things need major attention. Firstly place is tidy but unclean. Can supply photo’s of everything.As you come in first thing, Front stairs rotten/loose, aircon filters the worst I’ve seen. We had to clean them so they worked. Back door stuffed, pavers out the back are so are wrecked in-law tripped on them. Back deck hand rails are dangerously low/ illegal. Could go on for ages. The place needs money spent on it asap!!!!!! The price they charge is not the value you get far from it. Unfortunately would come back to this place.Cheers

Some maintenance and cleaning issues.

Was good the only thing that didn't suit me was the width of the front gate was very narrow to get my boat in which I had to put in the marina that was a me problem

Roomy, comfortable & good for little dogs out the back. Positive: Safe to have small dogs in the yard area. Lots of room & good facilities. Negative: The shower door fell off the downstairs shower. The front door was hard to open & close. The fridge is too small to fit all the food for a big family. The vacuum cleaner was clogged so would not suck up dirt properly. We had to clean out the S bend so as it would suck properly. Moved mats to pick up rice that I spilled on the floor & underneath them was thick with dust. Two pillows out on the back deck were falling apart so left fluff on the chair where we sat & it got on our clothes. Not enough toilet paper for a big family.
